摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱,以程序变换控制记录积分衰减因子的方法,达到一次实验同时对复方右美沙芬制剂中3个组分进行检测。方法快速、准确。
A RP-HPLC method has been studied to determine simuitaneously the three components (dextromethorphan, guaifenesin and phenylpropanolamine) in oral compound dextromethorphan liquid, using program control of attenuation factor of recording, with 215nm as detection wavelength. In this case dextromethorphan hydrobromide showed a pair of peaks, the first peak was the result of reaction between sodium 1-hexane-sulfonate and hydrobromide of dextromethorphan and it could be neglected.
