采用一阶导数分光光度法测定醋酸曲安缩松注射液的含量，平均回收率为９９．８２％，ＲＳＤ为０．３９％。方法简便快速，结果满意。

First order derivative spectrophotometry was developed for the quantitative determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in injection solution, it needed no separation and was simple, rapid and accurate. The average recovery was 99-82% with RSD of 0.39%.
