摘要
应用正交试验筛选出雷公藤乙酸乙酯提取物的橡胶膏剂的最佳处方:按新药审批办法中对橡胶膏剂稳定性试验要求,对该制剂的物理稳定性分别进行了影响因素试验、加速试验和室温留样考察。结果得出拉力值最大而皮肤刺激性最小的最佳处方为:基质10g,提取物为0.2g(A_2),无水乙醇0.2ml(B_1),二甲基亚砜0.2ml(C_2)。
The optimum prescription of the adhesive plaster prepared with extract of Triptery-gium wilfordii was screened and effect factors on physical stability were studied. The experiments showed that the optimun prescription is : medium 10g, extract 0. 2g, alcohol 0.2ml, DMSO 0. 2ml.
