摘要
采用裂裂区设计研究硼、钼、锌配施对紫花苜蓿草产量和粗蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,硼、钼、锌以一定的比例配施可以显著提高苜蓿干草产量,尤其是硼(1.0kg/hm2)、钼(100g/hm2)、锌(3.0kg/hm2)配施可获得最高产量(17.7 t/hm2),较对照增产21.3%;单施硼(1.0 kg/hm2)或钼(100g/hm2)或锌(1.5 kg/hm2)也可以显著(p<0.05)提高苜蓿干草产量。硼、钼互作对苜蓿粗蛋白质含量的影响差异不显著;硼(1.0 kg/hm2)和锌(3.0 kg/hm2)配施可以显著提高苜蓿粗蛋白质含量;在不施硼的情况下,钼、锌配施可以显著降低苜蓿粗蛋白质含量;单施锌对苜蓿粗蛋白质含量有降低的趋势。
The st udy on the effects of Boron (B), Molybdenum (Mo) and Zinc (Zn) on Yield and Crude Protein (CP) content of Alfalfa was done using A split, spilt block field design. The results showed that the dry matter(DM)yields of alfalfa increased significantly(p〈0.05)with the application of combined B, Mo and Zn fertilizer, .the DM yields of alfalfa gained more than 17.7t/hm^2 , and increased by 21.3% compared with control in interaction of B(1.0kg/hm^2 ), Mo ( 100g/hm^2 ) and Zn (3.0kg/hm^2 ) fertilizers. Furthermore, the DM yields of alfalfa would increase significantly(p〈 0.05) with only B( 1.0 kg/hm^2 ), Mo ( 100g/hm^2 ) or Zn ( 1.5 kg/hm^2 ) fertilizer application too. Interactions of B and Mo could not change CP content of Alfalfa significantly, but interactions of B (1.0kg/hm^2) and Zn (3.0kg/hm^2) could increase CP content of Alfalfa significantly. Interaction of Mo and Zn might decrease CP content of Alfalfa significantly without B fertilizer application. The CP content would be reduced with only Zn fertilizer application.
