摘要
停留时间分布(RTD)对聚合物反应挤出加工具有重要的影响。介绍了经典理想模型的基本原理和对螺杆不同部位模型选择的原则,深入分析在此基础上提出的一些新的模型。从单螺杆的简单几何模型到双螺杆的复杂模型,综述了数值模拟在RTD方面应用,阐述了其难点和优势。最后比较了反应器流动模型和数值模拟的优缺点,指出二者的结合将是以后研究的重点。
Residence time distribution has vital effect on polymer reactive extrusion processing. We introduced the basic principle of classical ideal models and the selection of model at screw different parts. From simple models of single screw extruder to complex model of twin-screw extruder, the application of numerical simulation on RTD was reviewed; the difficulty and advantage were explained. In the last, the merit and defect of reactor models and numerical simulation were compared, and we pointed out how to combine the two methods is the research emphasis in the future.
