摘要
采用丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸甲酯在75℃无皂乳液聚合合成核壳结构的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/聚丙烯腈核壳聚合物作为碳纳米管的前驱体。对合成核种子胶乳和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/聚丙烯腈核壳聚合物的反应条件进行了研究。用透射电镜、红外光谱、热重和差示热分析等对种子和核壳聚合物结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,核壳聚合物具有较好的圆形度,核层直径大约350 nm,壳层厚度100 nm左右。核壳聚合物和种子聚合物具有不同的热性能特征。
PMMA/PAN core/shell microspheres were soapless emulsion synthesized by poly- merizing methyl methacrylate (MMA) or acrylonitrile(AN) at 75℃ for 5 h using ammonium persulfate (APS) as a radical initiator. Some ingredients and conditions for the synthesis of PMMA(core) seed latex and PMMA/PAN(core/shell) were introduced, the effect of temperature and monomer concentration on the soapless emulsion conforms to the general law of radical polymerization. In addition, TEM, TG and DSC were used to characterize the structure and properties of seeded PMMA core and/or PMMA/PAN core/shell polymers. The core/shell morphology was clearly displayed and the diameter of core polymer is ca. 350 nm and the shell thickness is ca. 100 nm.
