修正Entropic-FV模型预测聚合物溶液活度

摘要 En trop ic-FV(EFV)修正模型是对摩尔体积和自由体积线性混合规则修改而获得,模型形式基本不变,也无须增加模型参数。将该修正模型、EFV模型及原修正模型EFV-1.2用于预测25个由PDM S、PS、PVC与苯、甲苯、乙醇等组成的聚合物-溶剂体系的组分活度,并与实验数据进行比较,平均预测偏差分别为7.37%、7.96%、6.90%。结果显示,该修正模型的预测效果优于原模型、且稳定性较好。 A modified Entropic-FV activity model in this work was derived by revising the linear mixed rule for molecular volume and free volume mixing. It was used to predict the solvent activity in polymer solutions, and the calculated results were eompared with those from the original EFV and the modified EFV-1.2 models. The total average deviation of solvent activities in 25 polymer/solvent systems was 7. 96% for EFV, 6.90% for EFV-1.2 and 7. 37$ for the modified expression in this work. It is shown that the modified model can yield better results than the original one in most systems. And it is also convenient to use because no additional information is required.
