摘要
研究了羧甲基甲壳素(CM CH)溶液不同状态下的表观黏度,讨论了浓度、温度、外加盐、pH等对CM CH溶液表观黏度的影响,及在不同的溶剂中的触变行为,结果表明,羧甲基甲壳素的溶液是假塑性流体,n=0.70,K=0.50,其溶液的黏流活化能为19.82 kJ/m o l;羧甲基甲壳素溶液的表观黏度随着加入盐的不同及加入量的不同而呈复杂变化,其溶液的表观黏度受到pH的影响,在碱性条件下,变化显著,在pH=9.0时达到最大值。其溶液的触变行为受到溶剂的影响,溶剂不同,触变性也不同。
The rheological property of CMCH aqueous solution were studied at different mass percentages (1%~6%) and different temperature(15 ℃~50℃). The results show that it is a pseudoplastic liquid, n=0.70, K=0. 50, and the activated energy of flowage is 19.82 kJ/mol. The apparent viscosity of CMCH solution increases with increasing cation concentration, as expected from increase in electric charge effect between COO^- ion of CMCH and metal cation. The apparent viscosity of CMCH solution increases with increasing anion concentration at first, then decreases with addition of anion. The result of adding organic salt is similar to the addition of anion, but the result is influenced by the structure of the organic itself. The acidity of system also affects the apparent viscosity of CMCH solution, and the apparent viscosity is the biggest when the pH is 9. 0. The thixotropy of CMCH is affected by the solvent, and the thixotropy of carboxymethyl chitin has different thixotropies in different solvents.
