摘要
采用本体聚合方法,以Co螯合物自由基为引发剂,合成温度可控,制备出一种新型环境友好的丙烯酸酯压敏胶。CoN、ABL和O2的共引发体系对丙烯酸酯单体产生可持续的引发效果。在相同的分子量条件下,其粘着性能与溶剂型压敏胶的效果相当。
A new environmental friendly acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by using cobalt-mediated free radical to control the bulk polymerization of acrylate monomers. The perfect effect of controllable temperature synthetical technology was achieved. There is the persistent radical effect on acrylate monomers using CoN, ABL and O2 as co-catalyst. The synthesis discipline of the acrylic copolymer:and the influences of N2, CoN; ABL, NDM and AA content on copolymer component were discussed in the paper. The adhesive property of this acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive was equal to that of the solvent acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with the close molecular weight and polydispersity index.
