摘要
采用经过表面处理的纳米碳酸钙作为相容剂,制备了PVC/LDPE/纳米碳酸钙的共混物,对其进行了DSC、DM A测试,并用相差显微镜观察了共混物的形态。研究结果表明,纳米碳酸钙的加入影响了共混物中LDPE的结晶性能,降低了PVC的玻璃化转变温度,减小了分散相尺寸。说明纳米碳酸钙能有效地提高PVC/LDPE的相容性。
The blends of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) with low density polyethylene(LDPE) and nano-CaCO3 were prepared by melt blending and characterized by DMA, DSC and phase diagram. The influence of nano-CaCO3 on the compatibility of PVC and LDPE was discussed. It is found that the blend system of PVC with LDPE and nano-CaCO3 is a partial compatible system. Addition of nano-CaCO3 decreases the crystallinity of LDPE and the glass transition temperature of PVC. The dimension of the dispersed phase also decreases, indicating that the compatibility of PVC and LDPE is increased by addition of nano-CaCO3.
