摘要
分析了固定本地电话网存在的问题,并就如何通过增值化改造提升网络的价值及延长设备生命力进行了较深入探讨,对固定电话网今后的发展提出了建设性意见。
It analyzes the defects of existing PSTN and discusses how to promote PSTN value and prolong equipment lifetime by value-added reforming . A constructive proposal to the future evolution of PSTN is also given.
