区域林业可持续发展能力评价及其应用——以湖北省为例

Evaluation of Regional Sustainable Development of Forestry and Its Application——A Case Study of Hubei Provinceract:

林业可持续发展评价指标体系是林业可持续发展评价的核心内容之一,林业可持续发展指标体系应能够反映可持续林业的基本特征,评价指标体系的构建能够对可持续林业的各个方面进行综合、全面评价,防止片面性。目前国内学术界指标体系研究方面注重全面性、综合性,未能很好体现区域差异性,本文在选用前人研究的综合指标体系的基础上,通过主成分分析对指标进行筛选,力求指标体系精简,指标间相互独立,得出区域林业可持续发展能力评价指标。同时根据该指标体系,运用系统论的层次分析法对湖北省的林业可持续发展能力进行分析评价。

The indexes system of sustainable development of forestry is one of the essence parts of the evaluation of sustainable development of forestry and it can reflect the basic character of the sustainable forestry. The construction of indexes system evaluation can evaluate every aspect of the forestry synthetically and completely, avoiding of unilateralism. At present,National academic community pay attention to all sidedness.comprehensibility in the research of indexes system ,but lack of regional disparity. Thus on the basis of adopting the studied comprehensive indexes system , appling the principal component analysis method , this paper filters the indexes to make the indexes system simplified and the indexes each other independent. Then the paper works out the eval- uating indicators of regional sustainable development of forestry. According to the indexes system, it uses the AHP of systematology to analyze and evaluate the sustainable development of forestry in Hubei Province.
