On Establishment of Participatory Agricultural Technological Promoting Mechanism

本文提出了建立参与式农业技术推进机制,分析了参与式农业技术推广机制的理念、方法、特点及作用,指出参与式的技术推进机制是社会主义市场经济体制下农业技术进步的一条新途径。

In order to speed up agricultural technological progress, the establishment of participatory agricultural technological promoting mechanism was discussed in this paper, its ideas, methods, features, and functions were also discussed. The result is that participatory technological promoting mechanism is a new way of agricultural technological improvement under the system of socialist market economy.
