摘要
通过对一种变壁厚筒形件进行的工艺分析,针对其工艺特点,运用数值模拟软件Deform3D对各工序进行数值模拟仿真,分析了其变形过程中的应力应变分布,对其变形过程中的可能出现的缺陷进行了预测,提高了毛坯的利用率并有效的保护了设备。
Through the process its processing characteristics, ing analysis of a variational-wall-thickness shell, according to the numerical simulation software Deform 3D is used to simulate each work step. The strain and stress distributions in the deforming process are analyzed The defects probably emerged in deforming process are predicted. It increases utilization ratio of the blank and protects equipments effectively.
