摘要 实现CAD/CAPP的无缝连接是计算机集成制造的关键。基于SolidEdge平台开发集成化CAD/CAPP系统,实现了特征识别、特征参数与约束提取、特征树重构、工艺信息补充、辅助工艺决策、自动工艺标注与毛坯生成等功能。最后以实例验证了系统的正确性和实用性。 The seamless connection of CAD/CAPP is crucial to computer integrated manufacture. Based on the platform SolidEdge, the integrated CAD/CAPP system is developed. The functions of feature recognition, extraction of feature parameters and constraints, reconstruction of feature tree, process information supplement, aided process decision making, automatic process label and blank generation are fulfilled. Finally, the correctness and practicability of the system are verified by an instance.
