摘要
针对江苏新海发电有限公司11、12号机组伺服阀频繁出现失效的现象,分别从伺服阀的结构原理、失效形式、导致失效原因进行分析,并重点对抗燃油的酸值和颗粒度对伺服阀的影响进行了说明。在分析处理的过程吸收了其他电厂的经验,从运行和检修多方面采取措施,解决了多年来一直困扰该公司发电机组安全运行的一大隐患,延长了伺服阀的使用寿命,节约了运行成本。
By virtue of a thorough analysis for frequent failure of electro-hydraulic servo valve occurred in Xinhai Power Generation Co. ,Ltd. ,the structure theory,failure form and source of electro-hydraulic servo valve are discussed, emphasizing the influence acid number and granules of flame resistant oil. Much successful experience of other power plants is used in the process of analysis. Measures have been taken from overhauling and operation, and thus this hidden trouble is solved ,which imperiled the security of turbine-generator unit, prolonged the life of electro-hydraulic servo valve and economized the cost of running.
