摘要
介绍了江苏国电谏壁发电厂300MW机组SG-1025/16.77-M849型燃煤锅炉及电除尘器的设备概况,分析了电除尘器运行状况。通过对电除尘器进行性能测试,指出其除尘效率下降及运行参数不佳的问题,并分析了除尘效率下降及运行参数不佳的原因,提出了局部改造方案。经改造,电除尘器达到了预期的技术要求,除尘效率提高到99.3%。
SG-1025/16.77-M849 Boiler of 300 MW unit and the equipment of electric dust cleaner in Jiangsu Guodian Jianbi Power Plant are introduced, and the operation status of electric dust cleaner is analyzed. Through the performance test of electric dust cleaner,the problem of inefficiency of dust cleaning and undesirable operation parameter are pointed out,and the reason is analyzed,and partial reform plan is offered. Through reform,the electric dust cleaner reaches the prospective technical requirement, and the rate of dust cleaning is improved to be 99.3 %.
