摘要 采用离子色谱-抑制电导检测方法分离测定面粉中的溴酸盐.采用IonPacAS19阴离子色谱柱(Dionex),以20.0mmol/LKOH溶液作流动相,方法BrO3-检出限为0.015mg/L(进样体积50μL,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围为0.04~2.0mg/L(r=0.999 9),相对标准偏差为2.5%(n=8).用本方法测定面粉样品,加标回收率在82%~105%之间.实验表明,本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,结果令人满意. A sensitive and accurate method for the direct determination of bromate in flour by ion chromatograph with suppressed conductivity detection was developed. Bromate was separated on an IonPac AS19 column (Dionex) with 20.0 mmol/L KOH as mobile phase and was detected by suppressed conductivity detectot. The linear range of the calibration curve of bromate was 0.04 - 2.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The detection limit was 0.015 mg/L(50 μL injected volume, S/N = 3). The relative standard deviation (RSD) for determining the bromate standard solution was 2.5% (n = 8). The developed method has been applied to determine bromate in flour with a recovery range of 82% - 105%.
