摘要
以羟丙基_β_环糊精为手性选择试剂,首次对外消旋的2_(9_蒽基)_2_羟基乙酸对映体的毛细管电泳分离进行了研究。比较了环糊精的种类、浓度、背景电解质的类型及pH对分离的影响。实验结果表明,采用15mmol/L羟丙基_β_环糊精为手性选择试剂,在20 mmol/L的三羟甲基氨基甲烷(Tris)-磷酸缓冲体系中(pH 6.0),2_(9_蒽基)_2_羟基乙酸对映体达到基线分离,分离度为1.58。
2-(9-Anthryl)- 2-hydroxyacetic acid enantiomers were for the first time separated by capillary electrophoresis using hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector. The effects of the type and the concentration of β-cyclodextrins, the background electrolyte and its pH on resolution were investigated. A good separation of 2- (9-Anthryl) -2-hydroxyacetic acid was achieved by using 20 mmol/L Tris - H3PO4(pH 6.0) containing 15 mmol/L hydroxypropyl -β - cyclodextrin. The baseline separation of 2- (9 - anthryl) - 2 - hydroxyacetic acid enantiomers was achieved with a resolution factor of 1.58.
