摘要
以三聚氯氰、乙胺和甲硫醇钠为原料,以三氯乙烯为溶剂(V)制备了西草净.讨论了原料配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对反应的影响,获得了适宜的反应条件.适宜反应条件为三聚氯氰:乙胺:氢氧化钠:甲硫醇钠=1∶2.1∶2.1∶4(摩尔比),第一、第二、第三取代反应的反应温度和反应时间分别为0,20,78℃和10,30,480 min.在适宜的反应条件下,西草净的收率和纯度分别为73.57%和89.52%.
Simetryne is synthesized from cyanuric chloride,ethylamine and sodium methyl mercaptide in solution of the trichloroethylene. The effects of some factor such as reaction ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction are investigated. The appropriate reaction conditions are obtained. The appropriate conditions are that the mole ratio of cyanuric chloride to ethylamine, sodium hydroxide, sodium methyl mercaptide is 1 : 2.1 : 2.1 : :4.0, the temperature and time of first, second, third substitution reaction is respectively 0℃, 20℃, 78℃ and 10min, 30min, 480min. The yield and purity of simetryne reach 73.57 % and 89.52% respectively under appropriate reaction conditions.
