针对工艺用压缩机气阀的失效形式,对损坏的阀片进行了断口及静态应力分析.探讨了产生阀片径向断裂及其他失效的原因,并结合化工生产的特点,分析了影响阀片寿命的因素.

According to the failure style of the air valve of industrial compressor, the fracture and static stress are analyzed. The reasons of radial fracture and other failure are discussed. Considering the characteristics of the chemical production, the influencing factors on the lifetime of the valve are analyzed.
