一种用于统计分析测径仪的研制与实例分析

摘要 根据实验教学的经验,研制了一种用于单轴六角自动车床和高精度通磨无心床做加工误差统计分析的实验教学使用的千分表测径仪,并对几批车削工件和磨削工件进行现场测量,并进行加工误差的统计分析.其实验效果良好,并说明,仪器价值低,测量方法简便,数值直观而准确,可以利用学校现有条件,自制加工调试和应用,从而改进了以前的测量手段和方法,提高了测量精度和实验教学的质量. According to the experiences of experiment teaching, we have developed a kind of measuring diameter instrument used in error statistics and analysis in auto lathe of single axle and high precision grinding machine. Measuring some turnery and grinding work pieces from the scene, we can get the good result that can explain this measuring diameter instrument has low price. And its measure method is simple, numerical value intuitional and accurate. Under the available school condition, it can self control, process, adjust and utilize. It can also improve the measure precision and experiment teaching quality.
