对JPEG算法的分析和改进性研究

JPEG是静止图像数据压缩的国际标准.从分析标准JPEG算法中DCT变换的不足,提出了用切匹雪夫多项式改善DCT变换的方法,并引入自适应量化算法对标准JPEG量化表加以修正.这种改进通过实验表明,其恢复的图像信噪比和质量都有所提高.

JPEG is the international standard of the static picture data compression. The method of improving DCT Transform with CHEBYCHEV polynomial is put forward through the analysis on the deficiency of DCT Transform in standard JPEG algorithm. And the algorithm of selfadaptation quantization is introduced to revising the standard form of JPEG. The experiment indicates that the SNR and quality of the image are improved.
