摘要 对不同钾(K)水平水培生长35 d和15 d幼苗期的小麦根ATP酶及可溶性蛋白质进行了电泳分析.结果表明,K能明显地影响小麦根中ATP酶的表达或存在,各个基因型间存在差异,K胁迫对某些品种根内ATP酶影响明显.K也影响小麦根中可溶性蛋白的表达或存在,但不同品种间看不出谱带的不同.幼苗根中ATP酶及可溶性蛋白与幼叶中相比显著不同.发育阶段不同,根中ATP酶谱不同. Electrophoresic analysis experiments were conducted on the difference of gene expression of ATPase and soluble protein between different wheat genotypes using 15 d old seedlings and 35 d old seedlings grown under two potasslum level as material, The results indicated that potassium had striking influence on ATPase expression or existence, with differential effects on different varieties, some ATPase band of certain genotypes disappeared. Potassium also had effect on soluble protein expressior or existence, but no notable difference was observed among genotypes. The ATPase and soluble protein in root were different with those in leaf taken from 15 d old seedlings. The gene expression of AT-Pase may change with various development stages.
