不同生态类型区香料烟干物质积累、养分吸收及分配特点比较 被引量:14

Comparison of the Characteristics of Dry Matter Accumulation and Nutrient Absorption and Distribution of Aromatic Tobacco in Different Types of Ecological Regions

摘要 在云南和新疆2个生态类型区研究了香料烟生长发育过程中干物质积累和养分吸收分配规律.结果表明,香料烟干物质积累的主要时期,新疆在移栽后30~90d,云南在移栽后50~100d;2个生态区香料烟干物质在根、茎、叶、花序中分配比例范围分别为12%~14%,29%~31%,39%~41%,15%~17%.香料烟对主要养分吸收积累高峰期与干物质相似,在整个生长季节,新疆香料烟对N,P,K,Ca,Mg的积累量分别为341.4,44.46,805.9,678.6,133.8 mg·株-1,云南香料烟对N,P,K,Ca,Mg的积累量分别为259.9,39.14,467.9,315.4,68.68mg·株-1,2个生态区Fe的积累量远大于其它微量元素.N,P,Mg在各器官中的分配比例均表现为叶>花>茎>根,而K则表现为茎>叶>花>根,Ca,Mg在叶片中的分配比例占绝对的优势. Studies were conducted on the dry matter accumulation, nutrient absorption and distribution of oriental tobacco during growth and develepment stage in Yunnan and Xinjiang. The results showed that the main period of dry matter accumulation of oriental tobacco was during 30 - 90 d after transplanting in Xinjiang, and during 50 - 100 d after transplanting in Yunnan. The distribution ratio of dry matter in roots, stem, leaves and anthotaxy was respectively 12 % - 14 % ,29 % - 31% ,39 % - 41% and 15 % - 17 % in both production regions. The peak period of main nutrients absorption of aromatic tobacco was similar to that of the dry matter. The accumulation quantity of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in a plant of aromatic tobacco was respectively 341.4,44.46,805.9 678.6 and 133.8 mg in Xinjiang, and 259.9,39.14,467.9 , 315.4 and 68.68 mg respectively in Yunnan during growth season. The accumulation quantity of Fe was much more than that of other microelements in both ecological regions. The descending order of distribution rate of N, P, Mg in different organs of aromatic tobacco was as follows : leaves 〉 anthotaxy 〉 stem 〉 roots, but that of K was as follows : stem 〉 leaves 〉 anthotaxy 〉 roots. The distribution rate of Ca and Mg in leaves of aromatic tobacco had advantage absolutely over other organs.
