药师临床服务模式调研

Investigation on Clinical Service Mode of Pharmacists

目的:探索适合我国国情的药师临床服务模式。方法:分别在广州市2家三级甲等医院随机选取住院病人、医师、护士、药房药师和临床药师共170人,按事先设计的表格进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:对临床药师的工作内容认识普遍比较模糊,对药师参与临床工作提出了较高的要求,但对现状不满意。结论:药师应建立以病人为中心、以合理用药为核心的临床服务模式,不断改善知识结构,提高临床服务能力。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the suitable clinical service mode for pharmacists in China.METHODS： A questionnaire was designed and a random sample of 170 people were selected from 2 hospitalized patients, doctors, nurses and pharmacists, the results were analyzed using statistical method.RESULTS： There was a general lack of knowledge about clinical pharmaceutical service, higher demands on participation of pharmacists in clinical work were made, and present situation was less than satisfied. CONCLUSION：Clinical service mode of patients first and rational drug use foremost should be established, Chinese pharmacists should improve their knowledge construction and clinical service capability.
