民进党的两岸经贸政策及其特点评析

Analytic Comment on the Characteristics of the DPP's Policies for Cross-Straits Trade

2000年台湾民进党当局执政以来,始终顽固坚持其“台独”立场,极力阻挠两岸经贸的正常进行,提出“全球布局”战略制衡两岸经贸关系的发展,以“积极开放、有效管理”限制台商赴大陆投资,以各种方式阻挠两岸直接“三通”的实现。文章对民进党当局执政五年来的两岸经贸政策加以评析,总结其两岸经贸政策的特点。

Since the Taiwan DPP took its power in 2000, it has been obstinately adhering to its position of “Taiwan Independence”, making any attempt to interfere the normal economic transactions across the Straits. It has proposed the “Global Position” strategy to curb the economic augment across the Straits and set up the “Active Open-up and Effective Management” policy to obstruct the cross-straits direct “Three-Links” , thus preventing Taiwan businessmen from investing in China＇ s mainland. The paper makes an analytic comment on the DPP＇s trade policies for the Cross-Straits economic development.
