表面交联高吸水性树脂的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶液聚合和表面交联技术制备了聚(丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺)高吸水性树脂,研究了单体配比、表面交联剂种类及用量、工业液态碱对树脂吸水速率和吸水倍率的影响。结果表明,当 n(丙烯酸)/n(丙烯酰胺)=1∶0.5时,饱和吸水倍率达到687 g/g,以环氧氯丙烷为表面交联剂制备的树脂饱和吸水倍率达719 g/g,10min 时吸水倍率为234 g/g,中和时用离子膜碱制得树脂的吸水倍率高于隔膜碱。 A super absorbent resin was synthesized from the sodium acrylate and acrylamide by aqueous solution polymerization and surface cross-linking. The effects of monomer ratios, types of surface cross-linker and sodium hydroxide from industrial processes were investigated. The results showed that the resin crosslinked by propene chloride epoxy had excellent water-absorbing property, 234 g/g in 10 min and saturation absorbing capacity of 719 g/g in non-ion water, and sodium hydroxide produced from membrane electrolysis provided with the resin higher water-absorbing property than that from diaphragm electrolysis when acrylic acid was neutralized.
