摘要
以聚合羟基铝与膨润土进行交联反应制备聚合羟基铝改性膨润土酯化催化剂,并用于催化合成尼龙酸二异丁酯。通过正交实验确定的最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶2.5,催化剂为反应物总量的2.3%,反应回流3.0h,在此条件下酯化率可达96.5%。
Aluminium-bent catalyst was prepared by crosslinking bentonite and polyhydroxyl-Al, and used in the esterification of nylon acid with isobutyl alcohol. The optimal reaction conditions were found as follows, the molor ratio of the acid to alcohol is 1 : 2.5; the weight ratio of the catalyst to the whole amount of the reaction materials is 2. 3% the refluxing time is 3 h. Under these conditions, the yield of the esterification was up to 96.5%.
