摘要
针对各种大型箱体的侧面或底面,以及各种中小型货箱底托类具有12个弯角的多角零件,在分析用多次弯曲、折弯、滚弯成形的工艺特点与存在问题,尤其是与冲压胀形成形原理比较之后,选择基于最基本的一种冲压加工,即弯曲理论与弯曲工艺,利用对称性分布和隔开位置原则,设计了一种仅需经过两道工序便可成形的压弯工艺与模具结构,为多角弯曲件的成形提供了一种新方法.
Technical characteristic and questions using many -time bending or folding or roll bending have been analyzed and forming method of the parts with 12 angles is compared with forming principle of press bulging. Based on an original pressworking process,i, e. bending theory and its technique, using symmetry of part and a discrete design,a bending technique and its die structure have been designed, by which manufacturing some parts needs bending only twice,which is suitable to such parts with 12 angles as side or base of big boxes, medium or small boxes. And anew method has been presented for press forming of bend part with many angles.
