由价值重估到方法创新:对我国农民体育问题的两点反思

From Revaluation to Innovated Methods:A Review of Two Factors of the Issue of Sports for Peasants in China

运用文献资料、逻辑推理等法对目前存在于我国的农民体育价值观、方法论进行了研究。认为发展农民体育,寻找农民体育发展的突破口,需要转变思路,应从以往只重视农民体育器物、制度的研究转向深层次的农民体育心理文化研究。为此,提出:重估农民体育之价值。把以健体为主流的农民体育价值观转变为以体育文化娱乐为主流的新型农民体育价值观;重新认识农民体育之发展方法。从过去只重视农民体育发展的器物、政策支持层次提升到农民体育发展所必需的心理、文化支持层次。

By means of literature reviews,logical reasoning,etc. ,a research is conducted toward the existing sports values and methodology for peasants in China. It is believed that it is necessary to divert the conventional focus of sports equipment and system to a deeper study of peasants＇ psychological culture in sports so as to find out the breakthrough method to better develop sports for peasants. Therefore, the authors propose that the sports for peasants should be revalued, which means to transform the body-building type of sports value into culture and recreation centered new type of sports value for peasants. They also propose to renew and rediscover the developing method for peasants＇ sports. That is ,the past experience of concentrating on the purchase of sports equipment and government policy support should be changed and promoted into the kind of psychological and cultural support level for the sports development for peasants.
