摘要
通过对19~20岁参加健美体育课和普通体育课的204名普通大学生进行了训练前后身体素质的测试和体成份测试,资料统计表明:经过一学年的健美体育课和普通体育课的锻炼,受试者力量素质、耐力素质都有明显提高,但健美班学生的提高幅度比普通班的要高,其中立定跳远平均提高0.13米,引体向上平均提高6个,推铅球平均提高0.48米,1500米平均提高26秒。体成份的改变,健美班学生也比普通班变化显著,总脂肪量减少1.03公斤,瘦体重和瘦体重指数分别增加4.04公斤、2.32公斤。
204 undergraduate students,aged 19 to 20,taking part in bodybuilding physical education and general physical education for two academic years are examined before and after the training to find the improvement of physical fitness and body composition. Results show that while their strength and endurance are all improved, students of bodybuilding class have more significant improvement than students of general class,with their average level of standing long jump increasing 0. 13m,hanging-ups of 6 more,shot-put 0.48m more and 1500-meters 26 seconds faster. As for their body compositions, students of bodybuilding class have obviously improved by an average of reduced fat of 1.03kg,while their lean body weight and mass indicators have increased by 4.04kg and 2. 32kg.
