首都体育学院师资队伍现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Present Condition of Teachers of Capitl Institute of Physical Education

本文运用文献资料法、调查法、比较分析等研究方法,对我院师资队伍的现状进行调查和分析。研究表明,首都体育学院已形成了以教授、副教授为教学主体,其年龄结构、职称结构、学历结构相对合理,各项比例相对优化,学历层次较高,科研成果比较丰富,老、中、青相结合的师资队伍。

Strengthen the teachers is a key work to any school, the scale and structure of persons qualified to teaching felects its competitive ability and management level of school. This paper study on the present condition of teacher force of capital institute of physical education by methods of document,inquired and analysis,and so on. Result showes;professor and assistant professor are the main force of teaching work,they form a rational structure in age, professional post and record formal schooling. They have formed a relatitive rational radio in persons distribution,higher record formal schooling and plentiful fruits of researching. They are a teacing force who are made up of the old ,the middle men and the younger.
