The design of a preoperative multipurpose coloclyster of prenatal giant colon for neonate

针对新生儿传统洗肠方式的缺陷,本文提出了一种新型的新生儿多功能洗肠机的设计思想,并详细介绍了该机的结构及各组成部分的功能。该机的应用在一定程度上减轻了临床医护人员的劳动强度,同时缩短了先天性新生儿巨结肠患者术前灌肠的准备时间,并减少了患儿的并发症,具有一定的临床应用意义。

In order to overcome the defects of the traditionalcoloclysis way, this paper proposeda method to design a multipurpose coloclyster for neonate, and introduced the structure and function of each component in detail. The application of this instrument made sense in clinic to bring down the labour intensity of doctors and nurses to some extent,and reduce the preoperative preparation time and complication of the patient.
