The paper introduces a method of exporting the curriculum schedule to the Excel file in the curriculum arrangement system exploited by Delphi. An Excel - file - type curriculum schedule template should be constituted before the export of the curriculum schedule. After the curriculum arrangement is completed, it is exported to the Excel file. While the curriculum schedule being exported, the Access data are made correspondent with Excel ceils according to the date. The data correspondence is completed automatically by the system.
