Analysis on Transmission Interface Standard of 3G Digital Repeater

详细介绍了工业界提出的基站与直放站接口规范CPRI和OBSAI,分析了两种标准的帧结构和协议规范,并对两种标准的优缺点做了比较。目前多数厂商生产的3G数字直放站都遵循了这两个标准,这对直放站与基站的互通奠定了良好的基础。通过对标准的分析,不但能使直放站的开发人员能有效地划分开发任务,还能使工程人员更了解3G直放站的设备原理。

CPRI and OBSAI which are industrial standard on base station and repeater interface are introduced in detail in this article. The frame structure and protocol specification are analyed in this paper, also, the merits and disadvantages of these two interface standards are analyzed respectively. Currently,most companies＇ 3G digital repeaters adopt these two standards,this will give good basement for interconnection between repeater and base station. Through standard analyzing,it will not only be very helpful for developer people to divide their tasks,but also will be useful for engineering people to know the design principle of 3G repeater.
