基于PLD的10位户外水表显示器的研究

A Study for 10 bit Outdoor Display of Water Meter Based on PLD

介绍一种基于PLD的10位户外水表显示器,该水表显示器由水表传感器、PLD处理器、键盘输入和显示器4个部分组成。该水表显示器不需改变传统水表的结构,在用户的水表内,安装电子信号检拾器,从水表传感器产生的脉冲传送到PLD信号处理芯片计数脉冲输入端,经过计数器、10位读数数据分配器、8路数据分配器、译码器到扫描显示器,PLD信号的处理仅需一片isp1032E即可完成。水表的读数转换为脉冲信号传送到户外显示器,通过PLD数据处理,显示用户使用水量的累计数和当月数,达到了户外抄表的目的。

A kind of 10 b outdoor display of water meter based on PLD is introduced in this paper. It is made up of 5 parts： sensor, PLD,keyboard and display. The structure of traditional water meter is not need to be changed,electronic signal inspect device is installed in the user＇s water meter,the counts are transformed to pulse signal and transmitted to pulse process port in the PLD. The signal processing process that counter, 10 b read data assigner, 8 channels data assigner, encoder and scan display only use a isp1023E. 10 b of accumulative total and current amount of consumed water are displayed through using PLD,the aim of copy out in the outdoor is arrived.
