简述了聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)的优异性能,诸如高耐热性,良好的机械性能,阻气性和防紫外线性等等;介绍了PEN在薄膜、啤酒瓶、纤维等领域的应用情况;指出了萘二甲酸(NDA)和二甲基萘(DMN)的工业化,大大降低了PEN成本,为PEN的快速发展创造了条件。
The enhanced properties and performances of PEN such as high heat stability, better mechanical properties, steam and ultraviolet resistance were recounted briefly. The application of PEN to film, beer bottle and fiber field was introduced. It was pointed out that by the industrialization of NDA and DMN, the cost of PEN was sharply reduced. This created condition for the rapid development of PEN.
