摘要
针对乌石化化纤厂涤纶短纤维产品对季节适应性差,大多用户不能单比例纺纱的情况进行分析,试用了6214-TS和9061-TS油剂,并探讨油剂浓度及配方对纺丝、后加工的可纺性、短纤维产品性能的影响。
According to the poor season aptitude and most user can not one proportion spinning conditions of the polyester staple product in Chemical Fiber Plant of Urumqi Petrochemical Co. , the 6214-Ts and 9061-Ts finish oil was tested. The effects of finish oil concentration and formulation on spinning, spinnability of afterprocessing, staple product properties were discussed.
