热媒中低沸物含量超标探讨

Discussion on low-boilling-point compound content supernormal in HTM

对聚酯装置使用的热媒T-66中低沸物含量超标现象进行了分析,认为系统存在的局部过热会导致T-66品质变化。通过高点膨胀罐升温脱除低沸物等方法,使聚酯装置热媒劣化趋势得到缓解。

By preliminary analysis of the low-boiUing-point compound content supernormal phenomenon in HTM T-66 used in PET plant,found out that it was the over-heat in parts of the system that lead to the T-66 quality change. By using the high point expansion tank ,raising temperature and removing the low-boilling-point compound ,the PET plant HTM poor quality tendency was improved.
