摘要
2000年4月,西北大学基建处在校北门两侧修建博物馆综合楼和教学九楼开挖地基的过程中,发现了一些灰坑和水井遗迹.文博学院考古专业的师生在学校相关部门的密切配合下,对所发现的遗迹进行了抢救性地发掘清理.
Wells and ash pits were found when a new museum on the west side of northern gate and teaching building 4 on the east side were built at Northwest University in April, 2000. of Northwest University Highly dense wells on the west side and many ash pits with three well on the east side were discovered. Porcelains, potteries, tiles, coins and a little Buddhist things were unearthed from these remains. This discovery is helpful to understand the overall arrangement of the buildings in Taiping residence (太平坊). It is also enlightened to know the residence with high groundwater and big population density.
