摘要 目的:探讨FH IT、C aspase-3在大肠癌中的表达及相互关系。方法:利用S-P法检测92例大肠癌和28例正常大肠黏膜组织FH IT和C aspase-3基因的蛋白表达。.结果:FH IT、C aspase-3在大肠癌组织中的阳性率为47.8%、79.3%,明显低于正常大肠黏膜组织92.9%、100%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);FH IT与D ukes分期、淋巴结转移、5年生存率密切相关,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。C aspase-3与大肠癌分级、5年生存率有关(P<0.05),但与D ukes分期、淋巴结转移无关(P<0.05)。FH IT和C aspase-3呈明显的正相关(r=0.381,P=0.001)。结论:FH IT基因可能在大肠癌发生发展中起重要作用,并且介导C aspase-3凋亡途径。
