几株NLVsRNA依赖的RNA多聚酶的核苷酸序列比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Nucleotide Sequence of NLVsRNA Dependent RNA Polymerase

运用元间方法对5株NLV sRNA依赖的RNA多聚酶的核苷酸序列进行定量描述、分析。其中CR 840与H aw a ii、L ord同源性较高,与NV、KY-89的同源性较低。该方法为进一步定量RNA序列规律分析打下了基础。

Quantitative analysis of nucleotid sequence of 5 NLVsRNA dependent RNA polymerase with YuanJian method. The CR840, Hawii and Lord have high autoploidy. The CR840, NV and KY-89 have low autoploidy. The method lay a foundation for quantitative analysis of RNA nucleotid sequence.
