摘要
为提高制造/再制造混合系统中的物流管理绩效,合理设计制造/再制造集成物流网络结构,基于混合整数线性规划方法,提出了一种制造/再制造集成物流网络优化设计模型,据此确定网络中各种设施的数量、位置及物流量分配,以使投资和运营的总成本最小。该模型的特点是:适合单产品、单周期、有能力限制的制造/再制造集成物流网络设施选址—分配问题。考虑了集成物流网络中共用设施的选址;正向物流中统筹考虑再制造产品和新产品的物流分配,但再制造产品和新产品不能相互替代。最后,通过一个算例验证了所提模型的有效性。
To improve logistics management efficiency in hybrid Manufacturing/Remanufacturing (M/R) systems and set up appropriate integrated logistics network structures, ann optimization model for designing integrated M/R logistics networks was proposed based on Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) approach. According to the model, the number of various facilities, their locations and the allocation of the corresponding logistics flows could be decided upon so as to minimize the total cost of investment and operation. The characteristics of the model were as follows., suitable for the single-commodity, single-period, facility with limited capability location-allocation problem in integrated M/R logistics networks; taking into account the location of joint facilities for integrated logistics networks; considering the logistics distribution of remanufactured products and new products that cannot be replaced by each other in the forward logistics.. Finally, an example was presented to demonstrate the validity of the model.
