一种新的CAPP实例检索和检索特征构建算法

New algorithm to search process case and construct searching-features in CAPP system

根据上下文工艺问题空间的概念,提出了有向装配关系图的概念,定义了有向装配关系图同构,以有向装配关系图和零件通用属性来构建实例库。给出了零件属性相似度计算方法,以零部件的装配关系及通用属性为特征,设计了面向产品的实例工艺检索算法,并给出了伪代码。最后论述了该方法的适用范围。

According to the concept of context process problem space, the concept of Directed Assembly Relationship Graph（DARG） was put forward. The isomorph of DARG was defined. Case repository was constructed with DARG and common properties of parts. The algorithm to calculate the part similarity was presented. Based on the assembly relationship of components and the common part＇s properties, the process case-searching method oriented to products was designed, and its pseudocode was provided. At last, the application extent of the method was discussed.
