摘要
目的:研究NSD公式与L-Q公式在临床放射治疗中的优缺点及可用性分析。方法:利用计算与作图法将NSD公式与L-Q公式中各自的分次、分次量及总量之间的关系,作于同一张表及图中,便于直观比较。结果:NSD公式也有L-Q公式所不及之处,NSD公式在一定条件下是可用的。结论:当分次量在1.8G y/次~3.0Gy/次时NSD公式是基本可用的。
Objective: To study the formulas NSD and L-Q, find out their advantage,disadvantage and reliability in clinic radiotherapy. Methods: Incorprate times fractionation dose and total dose of both formular NSD and L-Q in one gr aph using calculation and graphism, in order to compare them. Results: The formula NSD has some advantage over the formula L-Q, it can be used under certain condition. Conclusions: The formula NSD can be applied only when the dose ranges are from 1.8 Gy/time to 3.0 Gy/time.
