肝移植术后胆道并发症的MRCP诊断 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析原位肝移植术后胆道并发症的磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)表现。方法对21例原位肝移植术后有临床症状或生化异常疑胆道并发症的患者行MRCP检查,分析其MRCP表现。所有病人均经直接胆道造影、术后病理或随诊观察确诊。结果胆道并发症发生率为61.9%(13/21)。其中吻合口狭窄7例,非吻合口狭窄2例,胆道结石2例,胆道淤泥1例,供体-受体胆总管不匹配1例。结论MRCP可以明确肝移植术后的胆道并发症,对肝移植术后胆系的评价具有重要的价值。 Objective To analyze MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) findings of biliary tract complications after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT). Methods MRCP findings of 21 patients who received OI.T were analyzed. All patients were presented with clinical and/or biochemical suspicion of biliary tract complications. Diagnostic confirmation was obtained with direct cholangiopancreatography, surgery and histological study or clinical follow-up. Results The complication incidence of biliary tract after OI.T was 61.9% ( 13/21 ), which were 7 anastomosis strictures, 2 nonanastomosis strictures, 2 biliary stones, 1 biliary sludge, 1 donor-to-recipient common bile disproportion. Conclusion MRCP can detect biliary tract complications after OI.T. It is very valuable in assessing the condition of the biliary tree.
