SBA-R和AgNOR在乳腺肿瘤早期及鉴别诊断中的意义
摘要
实验用ABC亲合组化法及银染的核仁形成区技术对乳腺良、恶性及不典型增生石蜡标本中大豆凝集素受体(SBA'R)及核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)进行检测。结果表明:SBA-R在乳腺不同组织细胞中的阳性定位有显著不同的特点,而AgNOR的计数,形态及分布,在乳腺不同组织甚至雌激素受体水平的不同亦有显著差异。因此它们可以作为乳腺肿瘤早期诊断和鉴别诊断的二种简便、敏感、可靠的辅助指标。
