阿斯匹林血药浓度双峰现象初探

An Approach to the Double Peaks Phenomenon of the Plasma Concentration of Aspirin

对家兔服用阿斯匹林肠溶片后血药浓度出现不规则的双峰现象进行探讨,认为阿斯匹林因到达吸收部位的时间不同及各吸收部位吸收速率的差异而在血中叠加导致此现象出现。提示临床应用时,应加注意。

By the determination of the plasma concentration of enteric-coated aspirin tablets in rabbits in vivo,this paper reports that double peaks phenomenon of the plasma concentration of aspirin was irregular,and it indicated that caused by of the difference of the times that aspirin entering the places absorption and of the rate of absorption of aspirin at each place,the aspirin was added in the plasma and caused the double peaks phenomenon.It suggests that in phenomenon must be noticed when aspirin is used in clinical case.
