摘要
在前人工作基础上,选用有机非极性溶剂醚、烷烃,从动物脏器提取辅酶Q10,产率高、质量好,为辅酶Q10的研制提供了实用的方法。采用仪器分析手段,测试了产品纯度,符合国家标准。概要地讨论了辅酶Q10在帕金森氏症、心脑血管疾病等方面的药物功能,以及辅酶Q10的应用领域。
On the basis of previous work in this field, coenzyme Q10 is extracted from animal viscera by using organic nonpolar reagent such as ether and paraffin hydrocarbon. This method has the advantage of high yield and good quality. This kind of extraction provides a practical method for the development of coenzyme Q10. The purity of coenzyme Q10 was analyzed by using instruments and meets the national standard. Its function in the treatment of Parkinson's disease, cardiac vascular disease and cerebral vascular disease, and application field of coenzyme Q10 were discussed.
